As leaders we must develop excitement that motivates our staff to return each year, each month and each week. We must step out of our comfort zone to entertain, motivate and inspire our staff, just as we expect them to do with our students. When we develop a culture based on building positive relationships, caring for one another, and motivating each other to become better, we create a work environment and learning environment that is attractive for all involved parties.
